    • Designed and hosted “Weekend Working Retreats” that cater to men looking for development in leadership and fatherhood while learning and experiencing the day-to-day activities involved in bison ranching (welding, carpentry, equipment operating, fencing, etc.)
    • Designed and led the “Christmas Tree Adventure Package”, where ~100-150 people arrived yearly to Keystone Ranch for a wagon ride through the old river valley, to cut down a Christmas tree, complete with hot chocolate and bison smokies roasted over a campfire
    • Developed the company’s e-commerce platform, set prices, developed 4 product lines, and managed content creation including: photography, writing, newsletter, and videography
    • Led and managed teams of up to 12 members
    • Led and executed projects valued from $12,000 - $200,000
